Fund My Film is a platform that helps filmmakers discover funding opportunities, track applications, and manage their projects. Features include:

• Browsing and tracking film funding opportunities and deadlines
• Creating and managing project profiles
• Optional integration with Google Calendar for deadline reminders
• Optional integration with Google Docs for drafting applications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

To access most features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Fund My Film, including project details, descriptions, and any other information you provide ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Fund My Film a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. We do not share your project data with funding organisations or third parties without your explicit consent.

You agree not to use Fund My Film to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform

Fund My Film integrates with third-party services, including Google APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

All platform content, design, branding, and software — excluding your User Content — is owned by or licensed to Fund My Film and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

The funding opportunity data on this platform may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used to build a competing product or service.

Fund My Film is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The information provided (including funding opportunity details) is accurate, complete, or up to date
• Use of the platform will result in successful funding applications or outcomes

You use Fund My Film at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fund My Film shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or missed funding opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may stop using Fund My Film and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

On termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of Fund My Film after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
